Chris Dryer, Athletic Director
Chris Dryer is starting his 4th year at Rantoul after 14 years in the Danville Schools. While at Danville he worked with the athletic department, assisting with all athletic teams while also coaching track and field, cross country and football.  In his 4 years at Rantoul Chris has been instrumental in working with the culture of the teams and improving team results.   Chris was voted by his Athletic Director peers as District IV New AD of the year in 2024 and is a NIAAA Registered Athletic Administrator.    

Chris is a graduate of Augustana College where he was a member of the track and field team and a multiple time National Meet Qualifier.  After Augustana he went to Olivet Nazarene where he pursed a Masters of Arts in education.  There he was an assistant coach to the cross country and  track and field teams.  At Olivet Chris was able to work with and coach multiple All-Americans while also helping to grow the teams from enrollment in the teens to over one hundred athletes his last year there.

Chris spends time with his wife Kylie and his two sons Brayden and Chase in his free time.
